This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
PARKING
You will have access to the double-car garage & private driveway with space for up to 8 vehicles.
CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.
● Kinsmen Beach (8 min walk): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.
● The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s Market.
● Radium Hot Springs (15 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
● The Whiteway (8 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although x2 non-shedding pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
