It was noisy outside from patrons in the carpark and also noisy guests coming into the motel area. They were loud and had no consideration for the other guests staying that were trying to sleep. The internet was very poor. You would connect and within 30 seconds you would lose connection and have to re connect. Very hard when trying to read emails and messages.

Booked at last minute as friend I was supposed to stay with got covid. Large busy pub with lots of diners on a Saturday night. Most tables booked. Dinner menu was good, I enjoyed a lamb shank with mash and gravy.
Check in is signed at the bar. The rooms are at the back with card key access. It was very quiet even though I was next to the car park on the ground floor. Room was modern and clean. TV has access to apps like netflix so can use own login. Would stay again

Windsor Castle Hotel is conveniently placed.
The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. My partner suffers from an intermittent bad back and commented the bed was one of the best he has ever sleep on.
The shower was a good pressure with plenty of hot water.
The room was made up promptly every day. The coffee and tea supplies, including a little pack of complimentary biscuits, topped up each day.
We will definitely stay again when visiting East Maitland.

The building is central to everything , The room wasn’t as clean as it could be ,my husband and I are almost 70 and we had to climb into a bathtub to have a shower the tub is worn and has a spot that you feel like your going to fall straight through it it’s all soft . Q
