PLEASE NOTE:

> Our property features a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) located on the property. This dainty beautiful cottage shares the backyard space with this house and is also available for short-term rentals.

Please note that during your stay, there may be other guests occupying it. We want to assure you that we take measures to ensure everyone's privacy and comfort.

> We do not offer cooking condiments but you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store.

> We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)

> The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wear on the property.

> Pets are allowed! Please note we charge $150/pet

> We are also located close to a greenbelt/neighbor's backyard. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.

> If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.
