Your small kitchenette cum laundry opens the doorway to the massive pool, garden swing, beautifully maintained lawn, fruits, vegetable plants, firepit. Enjoy reading a book on the swing and by the side of the Life-sized statue of a woman or just cosy yourself in the beautiful sun sitting outside!
Shopping mall (Woodgrove) is 20 minutes walk, or 3 minutes by car, gym is only 15 minutes walk, train station 8 minutes drive, bus stop 3 minutes walk, CBD 30 minutes by train (38 kms)
