Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Ajax retreat. This wonderful house boasts 3 queen beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Relax and unwind in the charming bathtub or enjoy the convenience of the hair dryer provided. With amenities like an iron, AC, washing machine, heating, and WiFi, you'll have everything you need for a nice getaway. Experience what Ajax has to offer with a stay at our house.
Hello! We would like to thank you for selecting our home for your visit. Below is some helpful information for staying in the house. Like any respectable host, we strive to earn your FIVE STAR review rating on the platform.
Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can help in any way:
Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
You will be notified of the passcode before your arrival! Just ring the doorbell to notify us that you have arrived before going in! :)
HOUSEHOLD RULES:
1) Our accommodation permits a maximum occupancy of 10 individuals (including children) overnight! We are okay with up-to 10 additional guests coming in/out in the day-time but we request NO wild parties or house trashing.
2) We are a non-smoking home so please smoke outside! We have a deck (just please do not leave any smoke butts behind!)
3) Please do not redecorate or rearrange our furniture – we like it just the way it is!
4) When leaving our home please ensure windows and doors are all closed.
5) If you break or damage something, please let us know right away so we can arrange for replacement. We understand accidents can happen.
6) Out of respect and consideration for our other guests, any pet is not permitted in our home.
7) After 10:00 pm, please keep noise to a minimum when outdoors and on the deck. I am requesting this as we live in a kid-friendly quiet neighborhood :).
8) Before departure, please complete the check-out checklist. A few simple tasks will help everyone tremendously!
9) Please no candles in our home except during power outages. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on our property. To be honest, we have a phobia of uncontrolled fire, so as long as you are safe, we are happy!
10) The garage and basement are NOT accessible and are locked. We have TWO free parking spaces available in our single-lane driveway: one ahead of the pedestrian walkway and one behind. Our residential area is regularly patrolled so cars parked curbside may get ticketed (this has happened to us in the past so would not wish for anyone else’s car to suffer the same fate. Day-time curbside parking is totally fine!)
CHECK-OUT CHECKLIST:
- Our cleaners will arrive shortly after your mentioned time of checkout so please be mindful of the clock! A couple of minutes late is totally fine, just not hours, if you know what I mean! :)
1) Just one major request, as I mentioned above, we have a phobia of fires, so if you could just check the stove and iron one more time before leaving, that would be great!!
2) You can dump all used towels in the hamper located in the laundry room.
3) A couple more pointers: turn off water taps, fans, lights, heat/AC, windows, back door, and any other appliances you turned on.
5) If you cook or use the kitchen, just wash the dishes. We have drying mats and a dishwasher available. Feel free to use either. Dish pods, extra soap, and cleaning supplies are all under the kitchen sink!
6) Please do not leave any takeout food in the fridge/freezer.
7) Just collect all of your garbage and put it inside a black bag (extras under the sink). Our cleaners will dispose! Our neighborhood does have garbage collection every alternating Friday 6 am so if you are occupying the space during that time and wish to dispose, feel free to leave it outside Thursday night (beside the tree). You can message me for more details on this.
TERMS & CONDITIONS (very general, so please do not mind the extremely professional language):
The house and property are privately owned and therefore the Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. The Deck will be used only at the guests' own risk.
No refunds will be given for storms or inclement weather. Our property is well maintained in the winter and summer months and therefore do not give refunds due to road or weather conditions.
Cancellation policy: Based on current reservation policy.
Please note that full rental payment will act as your acknowledgement and understanding of the above terms and conditions.
Security: Just to let you know, our society is extremely safe! We have never had an issue in the past 15 years of living here! Most of our neighbors, including us have security cameras installed outside. We reserve the right to monitor our property via exterior security cameras.
