The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This was a terrific rental. Everything was very clean and neat as a pin. It was a little further back but extremely quiet. Great pitch for morning coffee.

Had a nice stay there. Beds were comfortable and the condo was cleaned. Quiet and relaxing there. Loved that a tram picked you up and took us to the beach. Would come back for another stay.

For the past 3 years we have come to Bethany Beach for our family vacation. I have always wanted to stay at Sea Colony! This year we were lucky and found a beautiful place! This whole experience was fantastic and so fun! The property we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable! The pools and fitness facilities were amazing and the private beach with pools to access was great! We definitely hope to be able to stay again!!! It was an amazing experience and great time!!

We absolutely loved this unit! It was clean, spacious, and the property amenities were everything we hoped they would be and more. We have three children and getting back and forth to the beach couldn't have been easier.
