It very convenient to city areas, loved and enjoyed my stay , the rooms we booked was perfect because they washing machine and dryer in the room it was very convenient for me. Receptionists were lovely ♥️

I usually stay at Quest in Suva and love it, but this time the room was small and sad and the aircon rattled. Staff are always very friendly but this part of town is no longer safe at night and my friends said i had to taxi back rather than walk just 500 metres.

Property location is in Quiter Suva area - handy to shopping, dining options.
Staff are friendly, helpful with hotel & parking in very secure area with security personnel at entrance.
Initial issue with wi-fi connections in room that was resolved the next day when IT personnel returned from week-end off. Overall good experience.

Unfortunately the hotel did not live up to expectations, or even the photos on the website. It was grim and institutional, more a low range apartment building than a hotel. The location is within walking distance of all downtown amenities, but even the staff advise you not to go out at night for security reasons, so you will have to take taxis for nearby restaurants. There are no dining options in the hotel, unless you count cold delivery fast food. The desk staff was friendly but the manager was not. Even though she promised to waive part of the cancellation fee when I asked to check out early because I was unhappy, I was charged the full amount. I would not advise booking a long stay without checking it out first.

Very good location and friendly staff. There were some mixups during our stay and we had to change our room. But they solved the problems as quickly as they could. We were happy that they tried hard to accommodate our needs.

Liked the central position in the city,not far to walk anywhere.Was given a room with a nice part of the Bay view.Great staff,it is good to see that they have not lost the Fijian Hospitality way.

If you are in Suva for work with any of the government or regional and international agenices, this is very conveniently located. It also has everything you need in the room to function and get work done in the evenings/weekends. I had a room with a balcony and it is certainly worth the extra - the others looked quite a bit smaller and dark without the natural light from the balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay again.
