DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY AND SURROUNDINGS:
A modern flat, located in a 10-storey apartment building at 65 Sienna St. The development is distinguished by its elegant architecture, located in the very centre of Warsaw. Next to the tenement houses there are skyscrapers, and next to the headquarters of corporations you will discover unique places - cinemas and theatres, museums and galleries, music clubs, restaurants with world cuisines and atmospheric pubs. The apartment building offers a public terrace overlooking the panorama of the centre of Warsaw. The excellent location of the flat will prove useful during a business stay as well as a family outing - the Palace of Culture and Science (800 metres from the flat), the National Museum (2 km), the Philharmonic Hall and other cultural venues are in the vicinity. The transport connection makes it possible to move smoothly around Warsaw (350 meters to the metro station), 10 minutes to the Central Railway Station, and within 10 minutes we can reach the Vistula Boulevards, where walking along the Kosciuszko Coast you can discover the beautiful corners of Warsaw.

High-quality furnishings and a carefully designed space ensure functionality and comfort during your stay. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a chest of drawers and a coffee table. The living room is also equipped with a large table and chairs, where you can comfortably enjoy meals together. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds and a desk for remote working. The kitchenette has all the utensils necessary for cooking and numerous amenities such as an oven, tea and coffee making facilities and a dishwasher. In the bath available in the bathroom, you can relax after a long day. There is also a washing machine, towels and toiletries for our guests. On the furnished balcony you can enjoy a cup of aromatic morning coffee and a picturesque view of Warsaw's most recognisable buildings.
