El sistema de cierre de las ventanas fallaba y entraba mucho frio , diciembre y con la ventana sin cerrar del todo uno amanecía con la cara fría. La calefacción pese a estar al máximo no calentaba lo suficiente. Nos acusaron de que por error nos habíamos llevado un secador y una plancha , que tras decirle al propietario que comprobase que esos electrodomésticos estaban en la cocina , lo cual comprobó que era así, , se disculpo , primero se comprueba y luego se acusa .

Purpose of our visit was to see family in Liverpool/ Wigan. Two did the Anfield tour. Great location for Anfield Stadium and buses into the city centre. Easy check in. Nice and clean. The house has fairly steep stairs and a step between some rooms. Not a problem for us, though our toddler took a tumble once or twice. Nice rooms. The beds were so comfortable that my daughter wanted to take her bed back with us ! Ha! A few teething problems ( owner very responsive) but really good value for our stay.

Be aware that only one parking permit available and whole area has parking restrictions September to July as near Anfield. We had two vehicles as there was 8 of us. Iron provided but didn't find an ironing board. Broken toilet seat in the downstairs toilet. Table for two in kitchen but can use the pool table which has chairs provided. As someone else said, we would have preferred the pool table wasn't there so we could relax in the lounge as a big group more easily. The lads said the pool table was on a bit of a slope and cues had no tips anyway so they didn't use it.

Arrived on a Friday evening and parked up outside the property and entered as per clear instruction provided. Everything was perfect and we unloaded all luggage and went outside and caught a N026 bus to the town centre and explored the Albert Dock and centre. Jumped back on a NO27 bus to the 2nd stop on Belmont Road right outside the property.Saturday we jumped on a NO27 bus and this took us to Anfield Stadium within minutes. This property was a perfect location for us and easily walkable for match days and stadium tours. Would definately recommend for Liverpool visit and would definately book the property again.

Although the pool table was good for our family i think it is a big space taker and prevents being able to relax properly in the lounge.
