This single-story cottage is located on the quieter, west side of Panama City Beach, where it sits just two blocks back from the white sand. It's a wonderful location for either relaxing or exploring. Pier Park, with its 120+ shops, restaurants, and sources of entertainment, is five miles down the coast. And the scenic communities of 30A begin just five miles up the coast.

Whether you spend your days swimming, surfing, kayaking, or riding bikes, you'll delight in the entertainment that awaits you at home. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, stretch out in a lounge chair with a good book, or get the gas grill going for an afternoon barbecue. There's tons of space for your kids to play in the grass, or they can retreat indoors for pop-a-shot and air hockey in the garage.

There's a beautiful ease to the home's interior, with the polish of new construction apparent throughout. In addition to such comforts as central air conditioning, an all-ground-floor layout, and complimentary WiFi, you'll have open living spaces where it's easy to gather. Enjoy a chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a roomy dining area, and TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms. A stacked washer/dryer is provided for your swimsuits and towels as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
