This modern and spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps 12 and boasts new furnishings and cozy bedding. Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, it features a chef's kitchen with commercial appliances, ideal for culinary enthusiasts. Enjoy 4 outdoor spaces including a front porch, patio, expansive grass yard with outdoor games and BBQ, and a rear deck for relaxation. Perfect for family vacations or group retreats, this home offers comfort and convenience in a prime time location.
Kitchen: Step into the heart of luxury with our chef’s kitchen, featuring dual refrigerators, stainless steel appliances, a massive kitchen island with seating for 4, and a spacious coffee bar. Whether you’re preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, this kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs.
Living/Dining: The open-concept first floor seamlessly connects the kitchen with a large dining area boasting a generous table. Relax in the expansive living room, complete with ample seating for all and a large screen HD smart TV for entertainment.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms: On the second floor, the first bedroom offers a queen bed, while just outside is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A second bedroom features a queen bed with an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom, connected to the second, includes a bunk bed with a full and two twins. The third-floor hosts two additional bedrooms, each with a cozy king bed, and a full bathroom that doubles as a butler’s pantry, equipped with a countertop, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The third floor also features a desk with desk chair and printer.
Outdoor Space: Experience the ultimate in outdoor living with multiple spaces to enjoy. Location: This home is located on a quiet residential street in the Lower Chelsea neighborhood of Atlantic City. It is home to a diverse community of year-round and summer residents. We are close to Atlantic City's exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping & transportation. The community contains many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shops, some of which are within walking distance. We are 1.5 blocks to the beach, and .5 blocks to the vibrant Ventnor Ave.

This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver.
The charge listed as “Insurance fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.
Like many of the properties in this part of Atlantic City, this home is considered a "duplex". There is a ground level garden style apartment below the home. It is occupied by a husband and wife who are year round residents (and very nice people). The entrance to their apartment is in a completely separate area to the main house and none of the homes entrances, amenities, or outdoor space are shared.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.

The photos did not lie…the property was simply beautiful! My family of 8 fit comfortably with everyone having more than enough room to have their own space. It was not too far from the beach and the Tanger outlets were just a car ride away. Would certainly rent this property again.
