One-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator. Very bright, spacious, and well-ventilated, with a front-facing balcony. The bedroom has a double bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a living-dining room integrated with the kitchen.

Equipment: Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, smart TV with Chromecast, WIFI, air conditioning in the living room, turbo fan, gas heaters, complete set of dishes, table, chairs, single sofa bed, and double bed.
