Great Experience!! Very easy to check in and loved the wrist band access to rooms. Very clean and close to all sights.

First, prepare to be hounded at check in to attend a time share seminar. Before you can get your room key you must go to the time share counter and the pressure is on. Second, they don’t tell you these are condos and if you decline the seminar you end up on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Lastly don’t count on help when there is an issue with the room. Our third floor room had zero hot water. They will not answer the phone when you call for help. I had to get in my car and drive back to the front desk and then wait for a manager to come out. We were moved to another room in another building so we had to lug all of our luggage down 3 flights and drive to another building. At that building the thermostat was broken and there was no air flow in the bedroom so we were off to another room in another building. The third room only had water pressure in the shower from cold water. The hotter you made the water it became a trickle from the shower head. At this point we surrendered and just dealt with it because we were exhausted. The manager said our resort fee would be waived and we would receive an email within 48 hours providing a voucher for a free 6 night stay for a future stay. Well they did charge the resort fee and no email has been received after 7 days. The staff is there only to sell time shares, the rooms are very dated and dust is everywhere in the room.

We spent 4 nights here in 2 of the 2 suite rooms with the family. 4 kids in total. This place was great for families. We used the kitchen and dining room almost every night. It is very close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The pool, arcade, and mini golf were a great bonus for the little ones as well.

I’m a local resident of Williamsburg. I stayed here because I had a flood in my condo. My only complaint is I did not enjoy the constant phone calls trying to market to me I ask several times to be taken off of the call list. I told them I was happy with everything and that if I needed something I would call the front desk but to please leave me alone and I continued to get phone calls. I was in the middle of packing and dealing with numerous contractors, and I had to stop and answer the phone. It was very, very annoying. Somebody needs to send the staff to a communication and listening class.

Comfortable and convenient location. Didn't realize when I booked that this was a time share property, so there was the usual sales push when we checked in but generally fine. No soundproofing though - you can hear everything from all your neighbors, above below or next door.

We were very happy with our 2 bedroom /2 bathroom condo rental. We were in building 14 which backed up to the woods. It was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean and roomy. Highly recommend

The room smelled moldy and the bathrooms had black mold around the faucet handles at the sink. The water was barely warm for a shower and that was with it fully turned to hot. Enjoyed the activities for kids- arcade and pool and mini golf. Decent experience.

So I called ahead to request a newly renovated 2BR condo I KNOW ITS JUST A REQUEST but I also know how these things work... I got the run-around at check-in for the unit I asked for. This was our second stay, building 1 first then building 5 - both great locations and roomy villas. I wouldn't want to stay in one of the others, and since it's only a "request" that cannot be guaranteed at Wyndham- I won't come back. Customer service isn't the best, and the time share presentation REALLY sours the name Wyndham. Search up timeshare videos to see what I mean. The villa bathroom wasn't swept- hopefully my photos upload so you can see the hairs on the floor and in the shower. There were guests smoking marijuana at the BBQ area almost every day. The arcade which was so great the first stay, but this time it was so crowded I didn't get to use it much. Mini Golf course needs to be refreshed, but keep it!! They disposed of the playground; my child was so disappointed! They replaced it with a cute fire pit - bring your own marshmallows and sticks cause they charge $5.00 per person!! This would be a nice bonus - or part of the $10 nightly fee- duh Wyndham. This just wasn't "it" the second time around - and it was twice as expensive. Check-out is always bad. I never feel appreciated.

The people were friendly. The facilities were nice. The 1 bedroom with pullout sofa bed needed upgrading. The building we stayed in was older and could use improvements. There is zero sound proof from room to room. We had loud neighbors and could hear all their conversations. Maid service doesn’t come during your stay but was ready to push us out the door an hour before check out time.

Our unit had a musty smell to it. Also, a coffee set up was provided. Please add a few tea bags! Not all drink coffee. But, other than that, it was great.

Pool was closed due to contamination. "Restaurant" had very limited items. I was told that we were scheduled for a "short talk" the next day. I said I never signed up for anything like that I was told it was because of the way I reserved our stay(?) If they really wanted too sell us a timeshare I would think they would have offered better service and cleaner accommodations.

What a gimmick. From the time you walk in to pickup your keys, it's all sales marketing. I waited 45 minutes to get my room key and had to listen to 2 people before they would give me my room keys and parking pass.
