I didn’t know where the pools were located, just given a key, didn’t know there was a restaurant until I read the sign out the front, had no idea where it was situated. The cutlery draws had crumbs in there, there were no tissues available and the room was dull. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as it was disappointing.

The overall stay was pleasant, it was clean and easy to stay at with the kids. I was disappointed that there were no sheets for the fold out although they were aware we would be using them. There was one single doona (for a double fold out) that was filthy and no sheet to put on it. I had to guy buy bedding for my kids. There were no extra towels to use for the pool. Given there is no staff on-site over the weekend we had to make do. It’s these little things that would have made our stay perfect.

Property tired and run down, cracked toilet bowl, bathroom door tries to disintegrate when opened, bathroom exhaust fan not working, mouldy shower curtain, thick layer of dust on ceiling fan blades, torn bed sheets, metal door frames rusted. TV lost signal for most of our first evening. This property did not live up to its presentation on the web page. Very dissapointing!!!

Loved it, very spacious two bedroom villa, super close to everything. Everything we needed in the villa and bath tub too! Great for kids of all ages, two pool options and beautiful seats around beach for evening drinks

The beachfront was beautiful but facilities very disappointing for a family with kids. Won’t be returning

Our villa (165) was filthy. Most surfaces, excluding the kitchen had built up dirt and grime, mouldy curtains on every window, dirty walls, filthy AC units. There was something living in the roof that made a lot of noise and scared our young children, additionally the roof was also leaking. There was no wifi and when we asked management they weren’t sure and followed up with the owner whom also couldn’t provided the details either. We took photos of everything and complained to management which resulted in nothing. I would not recommend staying here.

Very clean and everything you could possibly need, beautiful Thai restaurant at complex aswell

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Pool was clean and the tennis court was well maintained. There was some surface mould in the main bathroom and the shower taps in the family bathroom lacked indicators as to what was hot and what was cold.

It was was nice private place, close to Coffs. The hot spa was not working and it was poor weather so a spa would of been a benefit. No wi fi, very dated room decor, old rooms, just ok bed and awkward parking in 142. We enjoyed the area it was beautiful.

Really friendly and helpful staff, clean amenities and beautiful beachfront. We were really happy with our stay however I believe the listing includes spa services and bar of which neither are available at the moment. There is a restaurant which is Thai and does not offer breakfast. Otherwise the pool and tennis courts are amazing and the deck alongside the beach was great for cheese and beer in the afternoon.

After a quick decision for a show in Coffs Harbour, we were thrilled with the quality of accommodation. Booking Service was very considerate in the way we were looked after, and the great Thai restaurant added to the package. Only downside was not having enough time to relax on the deck while enjoying the great sea views , but the sound effects made up for it!

Was surprised and a little cautious on road entry down a slope through rain forest like surroundings to reception. Our villa, like others, was set in the palm trees and shrubs with narrow roadways connecting to other parts of the resort. A short walk found us at a large swimming pool with lounges, umbrellas, adjoining cafe and cosmetic clinic. Tables and chairs under the pandanus, overlooking the beach, are ideal for sunset drinks. Sapphire Beach is accessed by steps next to pool area. The villas are self contained, with full kitchen and laundry facilities. They have been there a few years, and, despite excellent maintenance, are starting to show age. Having said that, the overall experience was excellent. From Bernie at reception, to the happy gardener/maintenance man and the ladies at the cafe. All were Happy and very helpful.

A pleasant stay. While the resort was built in the 1980s, it still offers a good vibe. The Thai Restaurant was very good and the beach front amenity a highlight.

Beautiful views but unfortunately let down by the room. Floors were dirty upon arrival and lucky we checked by the bed as there was a little fridge magnet which our 9 month old could have swollowed had I not checked. Shower pole was broken so whenever we closed the shower curtain it fell down which we had to mop the floors (no room service so hard to dry the towels, no ventilation) room smelt like old wet carpet. Bed was Rock hard in the middle. There was a gas BBQ to cook on but outdoor light was broken so couldn't see, told reception on day 1 of three, didn't fix. Tried to cook on the 3rd night using mobile phone as light, put the meat on the cooker and the gas ran out!! Not even half cooked meat and have no gas.. Asked reception for toilet paper and was advised that they don't normally replimish the paper. We were paying $164 per night, really disappointing. On a positive the views and facilities are amazing, need to drive 5/10min to closest shops and dining. Restaurant within the hotel is limited trading.

Friendly staff, great facilities but bathrooms need renovating (shower curtain led to water on the floor and slippery floors), Motel room without room servicing on a five day stay, toilet paper, fresh towels and tea and coffee not checked and supplied each day.
