Thw condos (three of them} a some nice amenities. Some did not. Oly one of the three bedroom had an outdoor BBQ, the other two had nothing. This is unacceptable for a property of this size an price!!
Our unit had a strange feature. Although it had two sinks in the Master Bath, there was no hardware to fill (or empty) the sinks unless you reached under the sink in the cabinet below. I mean nothing! So whoever installed the sinks must have known there would be a problem here. I like Waikoloa but couldn't in good faith going back to this facility. The homw owners need to do somw owrk!

It was good overall. This place had lots of kitchen supplies including rice cooker and beach supplies. We used barbecue grill in the porch but it wasn’t clean so we had to clean it before we used it. The air conditioning was great and each room had fans. We had great time while we’re staying.

The pool is a little bit small. But overall the property is very nice and clean.

Very hard to find the resort amenities such as the pool and private club. Not the best for kids, caters much more toward the retired community. Not the best beach access unless you want to be on rocks

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed property amenities: pool, restaurant, bar area and tennis courts. The owner had so many beach and pool items to enjoy our stay. Lots of fun games too. We definitely want to come back again!

The floor in our room was very dirty which was kind of annoying after reading the notice to remove shoes at the door. Also the excess water drain had black mold underneath. On the second day housekeeping came in to ask about something they thought had been left in the refrigerator. According to rules they were not allowed to do so.

Trip with 3 grown ups and 2 children for 4 nights. The condo is spacious, washer and dryer are a trip saver, plenty of equipments in the closets for beach activities. Water pressure is strong, and hot water is quick. The area behind the lanai is manicured, has great ocean view from afar, and varieties of birds passing by. The pool is about 5 minutes walk from my unit, and has awesome ocean sunset view. Once we are aware of the rugged rock dividers and edges to be careful around, the pool is very relaxing. Besides picking up/dropping off keys, and picking up beach towels from the check in office, we had no other interaction with customer service/cleaning service. There was a couple sheets of rules to follow, and we were careful to follow them. We visited Kona and Hilo areas and very glad to have picked Waikoloa. It was a memorable vacation and the condo and its amenities added homey comfort.

They tried to coerce me into paying an “HOA” fee when I checked in when I had already paid for my stay in full. I spoke with the regional manager and when she couldn’t explain or show me in writing what the fee was for when I provided her with my emails from their property as well as Expedia she got upset and decided to “waive” the fee.
The next day by the pool area the staff was rude and said that my family wasn’t allowed to use the pool per the front office. I proceeded to the front office and they said the manager wasn’t available when I asked for her specifically and provided the front desk with her card.
The front desk called the police and said that I was being belligerent… When the police arrived I provided them with my receipts, showed them all my emails and explained the situation. The police were very helpful and got them to issue a full refund. This was on 5/25/24, today is 5/31/24 and I still haven’t received my refund. The police officer said they literally issued the refund online in front of him & said it would be in his report. I’m hoping I get my money back soon or I will be forced to take legal action.

Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit

Beautiful family friendly condo/resort. We found an amazing deal on this website that allowed us to enjoy a week of relaxation and exploring. The views and condition of the resort was top notch. Our only complaint was that the floors could have been cleaner. Otherwise we would recommend this place to anyone traveling with a family.

Dishwasher didn’t work until we spent half an hour cleaning it The blender was filthy and we had to clean it also. The BARBEQUE CAUGHT ON FIRE! - hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests from the looks of it. Toaster didn’t work. I called a month ahead to let them know we had increased our numbers but I was basically accused of being a liar, even though I showed my phone log and long distance charge. We have stayed there numerous times and it has definitely gone downhill and we won’t be back.

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful, pool was perfect, gym was great. My kids loved the food at the pool bar and it was affordable. Saw whales while on the treadmill. Great beaches nearby, including the black sand beach. We will stay here again.
