Just simply amazing. A piece of serenity away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. Great accommodations and friendly staff especially the manager. Very clean, comfortable and with amazing views of the hillsides.A gem!

The outside is a bit older but the inside (esp the bathroom was updated nicely). They have thought of everything here, including the soaps needed for the dishwasher & washing machine, iron and board, drying rack, coffee vending (it was surprisingly good), etc. The space has a lot of room, compared to most Europe hotels we stayed at and is very reasonable. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a safe, quiet location with many amenities in your room.

We had a wonderful stay at residence Fiesole. We were greeted by the father of the owner who explained all necesssry details of our stay. The room was large, airy and clean. We had a magnificent view of the countryside from our window. Between the hotel and downtown Florence there are several small local shops and restaurants. Great place to stay.

Residence Fiesole is the perfect accommodation to visit Florence and enjoy the view of the countryside. Few minutes walking from Fiesole main square and from the bus stop to go directly to Florence downtown in 20-30 min. The rooms are actually small apartments with all the amenities (kitchen, Landry machine, TV). Private parking just in front of the rooms. Super friendly owners, always available, on site or by phone. Recommended for couples or families.

Views are breathtaking and quiet and peaceful apartment is good size - Almost equipped with basic needs If you are staying only one night it's okay but if you want to stay more than a night continue reading Here are the issues we felt like sharing ** Internet is essential need for today's lives and it was keep disconnecting every 2 mins , I was on call at work for some emergency and called reception and they said their service provider is looking in to it ... still same all four days My understanding they have licence for only x people can log in so ... but poor justification did not help (?underestimate customers technical knowledge )! ** Reason said okay for cleanliness On day 1 apartment Iwas clean but they don't clean apartment daily for the money we paid I wasn't happy about it Dustbins are hidden in cupboard but obviously start smelling when you live more than one day so they seriously need to think for people staying more than one night **'No English Channel on TV and poor internet was let down ** we self checked in and no one bother to give a courtesy call to see if we are okay Also when we checked out they didn't communicate or ask how did we feel etc. , we felt lack of customer services

Fabulous! The view is amazing, accommodation really clean and very well equipped. Staff exceptionally helpful, with great local knowledge. Would definitely go back if I was in the area.

It was overall a great stay if you want to relax during the day and then visit Florence late afternoon and evening.

Beautiful clean and spacious apartment with a Wonderful view from the balcony. Great to sit there for breakfast or dinner. Thommasso was a very kind and helpful host. Easy to go to Florens with a bus, 5-10 minutes walk from the residence. Fiesole is a nice small village so I recommend You to also spend some time here. We loved the place!
