Beautiful view! Would definitely return for this reason alone. Great staff. Room was clean but needed some updating. Double bed could have been more comfortable.

The ocean front location was great - the ocean is the only thing you can see from your room window. The hotel needs a serious makeover. Everything needs to be updated. The bathroom did not have a single surface to put toiletries.

Awesome view! Best location on the beach!
The room was a little rough and had a faint musty odor.
Beds were quite comfortable and nice little chairs and table by the windows. A microwave might have been a nice touch but no biggie. Oh and wash the windows! I mean it's really all about the view, right?

We have been coming to York Beach for years and have stayed at many places From now on it will always be the Cutty Sark for us. What a great hotel. It was clean and inviting, the owners were fabulous, the ocean views were spectacular from the room and yard. Even the morning coffee and treats were delicious!!

The location is outstanding just 20 for so feet from the beach. Every room has an ocean view with comfortable beds and extremely friendly and welcoming staff from the top down.
