We stayed for 2 nights in Villa Louise-Rose.
We received a very warm welcome from Guillaume Who gave us his number if we needed to contact him about anything at any time. The Apartment was lovely , spotlessly clean and very comfortable . The breakfast was delicious . I had the best cup of coffee in my entire French trip.

Very nice place to stay. Cosy and comfortable. The location is great if you are looking to stay somewhere a bit more quiet than the middle of Nice. Located in a residential area but just a few hundred meters walk to the beach and restaurants.
We had a car and it's probably most suited if you have a car here.

My husband and I stayed here for our first 3 nights of our cross country road trip. It took us a full 24 hours to get to Nice from Alaska, and all we wanted was some time to relax, decompress, and adjust. Villa Louise-Rose was beyond perfect. It’s cute and quite, it has a nice back yard with a pool that backs up to the river, and is in a great location. It’s like a 5 minute walk to everything. Guillaume is an amazing host. He’s incredibly helpful, and gave us recommendations on where to find everything we needed since our bags didn’t make it for another few days. On top of all that, breakfast was set outside the door every morning. I can’t recommend this place enough. If I ever get the chance to visit the area again, I would want to stay here.

Lovely stay with a super friendly host. Free parking on site. Room was small but did the trick for a one night stay. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and private terrace was appreciated.

Great location near the beach, restaurants and shopping.
Away from traffic and noise yet close enough to go by car or scooter to nearby attractions and cities such as Cannes, Nice and Monaco.

Our host Guillaume was friendly and thoughtful. The room is great, has A/C, a small kitchen and a private terrasse.

What a wonderful stay! I received an email the day before asking about what time I would arrive. I wrote back advising the time. When I arrived, Guillaume was waiting for me. He let me in and explained everything. He was very kind. The breakfast was delivered directly to my door the next morning and was just enough for me. The studio I had was adequate, comfortable, and nice. It's newly renovated, so everything is new and clean. The bed was comfortable. I only wish I had a desk to work from. The table in the kitchen did the job. From the nearby apartment, there was someone who snored and was a loud, so I heard that in the morning when I woke up and everything is tiled, so you will hear chairs moving every once in a while. But, that is apartment living. So, no real complaints. Only compliments! I would return.
