old complex with basic usable facilities but noise from tenants above even though complained to management was bad - first could not hear the TV and secondly affected our sleep

A clean and well set room with a beautiful view, the motel and surrounds were very clean and it was well priced. The staff were friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The property was in walking distance to the town centre. However it is situated on a busy intersection. The family room was old, smelt musty. The second bedroom had no windows, which could be a fire hazard. A pipe in the bathroom was leaking and had obviously been leaking for quite a while as it was very rusty.The leak was coming from a room above through the pipe and onto the floor. The refrigerator wasn't working. The overall upkeep and maintenance was lacking. I travelled with family and we all agreed we wouldn't stay there again.

Clean and quiet

The conditions of the room were terrible, it looks like it's falling apart. I guess that there are not a lot of options to stay in that town, so it's that hotel or nothing else. The sheets look clean, but I was afraid to walk on the carpet bear foot.

A large room with a view of Mt Warning, friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk into town for dinner but quite steep on the way back!

Dont let outside of property put you off. We were very happy with our stay. Had all amenities we needed. No complaints from us.

Older style motel, uphill from the Murwillumbah town centre. Our room (queen and single bed) was spacious with pleasant leafy views. The upper floor, accessed by stairs, would have even better views. Our room had a table and chairs. The wardrobe and a bench with microwave, hospitality tray, small frig, plates and cutlery were in a separate room. Vanity/sink was external to the small bathroom, with shower over bath. The room had a door onto an elevated, shared front veranda and another to the barbecue area at the rear of the motel. The décor is dated but the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Our room was quiet, aircon worked well and our sleep was undisturbed. There is limited undercover parking under the motel and a larger open parking area at the rear.

Clean, tidy and spacious. Nice hot shower. Owner was also caring enough to make a phone call in the morning to warn us about road closures. Just check the radio before you go to bed....in case the alarm goes off early the next morning.

Good Motel when spending a few days exploring the area. Only a short drive to Brunswick Heads and the Tweed Coast. A short work into the main area of town which has plenty of cafes and restaurants. There is also a good Club and a number of pubs close by.
