Adam was terrific. He went out of his way to help when I needed to stay an extra day. He even drove me to the airport when I needed a ride. The food was just short of mediocre. The guys who brought you your drinks when you were eating appeared bored. You were chased out of the dining area 8 minutes after the cut off hour for serving. For example, breakfast was set for 7 to 10 but the same servers chased you out 8 minutes after 10. Hardly reasonable.

Just got back from a week at sunny hill and absolutely loved it. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff couldn’t do enough for us ,would highly recommend this hotel and the spa ,Jimmy was the nicest man I have ever met and my son (little fish) is going to miss him ,food was top quality and the location and views are outstanding , will definitely be returning

Wonderful location with absolutely amazing view !!! hard-working staff trying to please you!!!! very hospitable and charming people working in the hotel. The manager of the hotel help us with some transportation and made our stay very pleasant !!!!

Really nice all-inclusive hotel for adults! Pool is nice but most sunbeds were reserved with towels from early morning. Location is peaceful and I can highly recommend this hotel.

Sunny Hill really exceeded our expectations. It's a lovely location (less than a 10 min walk to the town/beach) and has great views of the sunset over the beach in the evenings. One of the best things was how nice the staff were. They made us feel very welcome and were always very attentive (in particular, the bar staff). The wellness centre with the Hammam and massage was also fantastic value and the staff in there went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Bear in mind that the hotel is predominantly German and Scandinavian so hardly any Brits, but personally we quite liked that!The hotel itself was well kept and very pretty, we loved it.

We spend 3 days in the hotel, which is my first experience with Turkish hotels. Sunny Hill Alya Hotel is an excellent choice for a holiday in Alanya. Hotel is kept clean, and you have to look very closely to find unattended spots, if any. Staff is excellent, and very service oriented. Compared to other Mediterranean hotels, Sunny Hill is definitely the best I have stayed in. Perhaps a little pricy, but worth the cost. Rooms are somewhat small, or at least a little smaller than what I prefer. But a large terrace and good bathroom makes up for the total positive image in this respect. I am generally not a fan of ‘all inclusive’ and consequently only used the restaurant a few times. This was however a very pleasant experience. Food is delicious and neatly served, and staff was everywhere, all the time. Also the bar staff was outstanding, really trying to spot your needs. Location is perfect, close to beach and city center. The steep walk to the hotel was a daily killer, but the view is consequently just as rewarding as the stairs are steep and many. Hotel is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. Be prepared. Pools are like the hotel buildings and surroundings well maintained and kept spotless clean, and it was a great pleasure to stay at Sunny Hill. If we go back, Sunny Hill Alya Hotel would be the obvious choice.

Excellent hotel and panorama view. The staff were 10+, Thank you Sunny Hill´s Manager and our favorite waiter Mustafa. Hopefully we will see soon again.

Awesome really all inclusive place. The walk back from the beach going up the fill becomes annoying after a few times.
