Ram Sea I is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Condo unit that accommodates 10 guests. This newly renovated unit features an open floor plan with clean classic beach colors and décor. You are met with an immediate view of the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen is the center of the living space where all the friends and family can gather to plan the day's events. The split floor plan is perfect if you'd like to relax on your own. All bedrooms have their own TV. The beachfront balcony is where you can catch the sunrise and sunset, whether you bring a cup of coffee or an adult beverage, you can listen to the waves and watch the beach walkers. Make Ram Sea your getaway destination year after year!
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig Duo, 4 slice toaster, knife block, and 4 counter stools.
Dining Room: Farm-style table with 4 chairs and a bench.
Living Room: Sofa sleeper, loveseat, chair and coffee table, 2 end tables, TV w/ console table, ceiling fan. Large sliding doors to the beachfront balcony. The balcony has 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs, 2 tables. Beach wagon, 10 beach chairs, and umbrella.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a Kind size bed, 2 nightstand tables, a ceiling fan, a TV, a chair, and a walk-in closet. Private entrance to beachfront balcony and en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity and step-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: 2 Queen size beds, 1 nightstand, ceiling fan, TV, and mirror. Jack n' Jill door to the guest bathroom.
Bathroom #2: Double vanity and soaking tub/shower combination.
Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, 2-night tables, mirror, TV, ceiling fan, and closet.
Laundry Closet: Washer & Dryer, iron and ironing board.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: 2 parking spaces. No parking in the covered garage area. All parking spots outside are available but must have a parking pass on the dash.

There are plenty of activities to do in the area such as miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove, pedal and electric bike rentals, paddle boards, jet skis, parasailing, and boat cruises including sunset, dolphin, and sunset cruises. You can even rent a floating tiki bar to take out on the water and they are all within walking distance from this condo! The Mad Bay Fish House is a delicious waterfront restaurant for lunch or dinner and is just steps away. World-famous John's Pass Boardwalk and Fishing Village is only a three-minute walk away and features waterfront restaurants, Sculley's, a large Tiki bar, a brewery, watersport rentals, plenty of shopping, sweet shops, and animal encounters.
