Great location

The room was very clean and comfortable, water & coffee/tea available at no charge. Easily accessible by foot to both Pompei train stations, restaurants, and a quick walk to one of the entrances to the Archaeological Park & the Cathedral. Teresa offered lots of restaurant suggestions, Pompei Mercato dinner was amazing and the gelato and pastries at De Vivo were some of the best our whole trip.

Amazing, helpful host, fantastic instructions for check in. Very easy. Great location, very quick walk from train station. Elevator made bringing luggage up to the room a breeze. Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Host provided free tea, coffee and water. Map of town inside room. Best of all was the little patio outside the room with table and chairs. Great for an evening drink with a small view of Mount Vesuvius, and lovey gardens below.

Wonderful place — clean, comfortable, quiet, renovated, modern. The place is two blocks from the train station (Pompeii City - not Scavi!) so we could skip the taxi. The apartment is close to the main restaurant streets but not at the main street — which gave us the silence we needed for a great night of sleep. Breakfast is at a cafe nearby (one block) serving one hot beverage and pastry, which is the usual in Italy (we didn’t find any place serving the egg-bacon-frutis-granola breakfast so we joined the locals!) The ruins were a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Communication with host was always quick and efficient. Thank you, Teresa!!

Walkable distance from train station and archeological site. Close to city centre, shopping and restaurants. The host recommended a really great pizzeria. Room was newly renovated with all the modern conveniences. Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and charm on the city.

The owners, staff, and condition of the property are all wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. I wasn't really looking forward to 9 days in Pompei, but it was great, in part because of owner Teresa and her lovely staff and family!

Our stay was amazing , the property was immaculate and modern , our room could be cleaned daily but it was our choice to have it cleaned every other day . Theresa the owner was lovely and advised us on restaurants, train times and anything else we needed to know . The hotel is a very short walk to the town square and the centre of Pompei , 5 minutes at the most . We would recommend this hotel to all , if you are looking for a place with a lovely atmosphere , friendly staff and immaculate at a great price then this is your place .We would go back again for sure .

Wonderful hotel very close to Pompeii and the train station! The room was huge and very modern and there are plenty of dining options nearby, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Pompeii area!!

We were very pleased to stay at Residenza Madonna for 3 nights visiting Pompei. Location is excellent, the house is beautiful, modern and very clean.The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had everything we need. The only problem some people may have is the fact, that you have to walk 100m to a bar down the street and have small breakfast on a busy street. In general, we were very happy with our choice to stay at Residenza Madonna and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Pompeii.

The bed was medium firm, my preference, and the room was of a good size. The side street is quiet at night, but still close to the train station, a main restaurant and shopping street, and the second train station to Pompeii. good value for the money and I would recommend to my friends, Don, Vancouver Canada

Excellent accommodation close to centre of town and an entrance to archaeological site. We were greeted by a lovely lady, Theresa. The town is very pleasant - lots of nice restaurants for travellers. Highly recommend.

Host showed great hospitality and even gave perfect recommendations for further travel. Hotel has a perfect location but at the same time is quite and peaceful. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.
