Located on promenade JF Kennedy, in the front line facing the ocean, this flat offers all the comforts you need, just a stone's throw from the beach and shops in the Presidents district, a popular area for holidaymakers!
The flat comprises a living room opening onto the sea-facing balcony, equipped with a comfortable 160cm sofa bed, a coffee table and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a TV screen and WiFi.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of storage space.
The bathroom has a bath, washbasin unit and hairdryer.
Separate WC.
On the night side, there is a double bedroom with a 180 cm (2 x 90 cm) bed and its headboard, bedside tables, cupboard and small desk.
Finally, you can relax and admire the ocean from the south-west-facing balcony, which has a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a good cup of coffee!
For added convenience, you'll have a private parking space in the neighbouring residence.
