Very nice and clean. Spacious and confortable rooms. I would say the fridge needs to be updated, especially on the hot summer days. It is close to vaporetto stops and within minutes walk from all attraction points. Excellent communucation as.well!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable rental. Close to cafés and restaurants. Within easy walking distance from the major attractions. Communication with the owner was very easy.

Great location and in a quiet part of Venice!! Hotel was very clean and contactless entry was very easy. The only complaint was that in order to use the air conditioning the window had to be fully open so the room never cooled down that well!

This property is conveniently located, specifically if you arrive in Venice by car. It takes about 12 minutes to walk from it to the San Marco parking garage.
It’s roomy, with 2 bedrooms, and great views from the windows! You actually get to see one of the canals.
It seats across the bridge from a small square with restaurants and shops, and is within a 5 minute walk to the water bus stop (Vaporetto).
Their customer service was very friendly. All communications were made through Whasapp.
I loved my stay! I hope to return someday.

Great location, easy walking to attractions and restaurants. Spacious air-conditioned rooms, large bathroom, and super clean overall. The host was easy to communicate with in English and very accommodating to our needs and questions. We highly recommend!

Cristian was super helpful with absolutely everything from the time of booking till checking out. He provided helpful information, kept my bags and even carried them up the stairs and put it in the room for me once it was ready, and just a great attitude. Felt very comfortable and safe
