the shower was leaking and beds was rock hard settee was hard to sit on there is a lot of misarable people and ignorant nobody on reception a lot of the time there is no information about the area

Really nothing special about place, surrounded by demolished and under construction buildings. Quite inconvenient to get (one way streets). Inside is clean. No A/C, so opened doors to a balcony/terrace all day ant night. A lot of noise from everythere - cars, tourists, bottles dropping in recycle bin, smells from other apartments. From first floor ocean is only visible, but view is… fence, street with parked cars and probably a place there another hotel gonna be someday. In my room - electricity was lost several times. Problem solved by me after several tries. Kitchen is ok, not equipped for dishwashing. Bathroom would be ok, but.. after shower all floors is full of water - broken shower cabin. Room service cleaned a room past two days of 7 in this room.

Family of 4, we’ve stayed 4 nights. It was cheap, good location, just 8 min drive from a nice beach (Las Galletas), 16 min drive to South Airport, two little supermarkets nearby. We had ocean view, a little swimming pool inside the complex but it’s closing in the afternoon (weirdly around 4pm), but clean and enjoyable. It took us 1 min to check inn. We would definitely go back. Nice experience

I only entered reception to learn that the room that I'd booked was not available and reception staff were extremely unhelpful

The stay was great, very clean, quiet and peaceful. The staff where great and friendly. We had a lovely time and would definitely go back.
