This contemporary apartment in the heart of the seaside resort of Woolacombe in North Devon invites couples and small families to make the most of its fantastic location by the ocean. Just 400 metres away, Woolacombe Beach is a haven for traditional beach days and water sports; with paddle boarding, kayaking and surfing all on the cards. For more outdoor activities, walkers are spoiled with a wealth of scenic trails thanks to the South West Coast Path that passes the property, and the rugged landscapes of Exmoor National Park just 15 miles away. With the resort’s town centre at your feet, guests are never far from a wide range of seaside pubs, restaurants, and cafes, as well as independent shops and family attractions. To visit other towns and villages nearby with just as much North Devon charm, head to Ilfracombe (6 miles), Combe Martin (11 miles), or Lynton and Lynmouth (20 miles).
After parking up in the allocated bay that awaits, head to your second-floor apartment and uncover a beautiful, open-plan interior that invites relaxation thanks to the stylish decor and natural light that flows through the balcony doors. Walk into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and relax on the modern sofas after a day on the beach, flicking on the Smart TV to catch up on your favourite shows. Open the balcony doors to fill this space with more light and salty sea air. Find all you need in the well-appointed, whitewashed kitchen to cook up a feast which can be enjoyed either at the stylish dining table nearby, or al fresco-style out on the balcony. Heading back into the hallway, you’ll find two sumptuous bedrooms, both with crisp linens and ocean-inspired decor.
