About this space
Our condo is on a 22rd floor with a spectacular view of Brickell Miami which looks like a giant work of art that decorates the apartment showing the tall buildings by day, the typical Miami sunset and the night lights of Brickell.
The building is very well located in the neighborhood. You can find many restaurants for all budgets a few blocks away. CVS pharmacy and the 7/Eleven are right in the corner.
Newly renovated freshly painted, spacious 1 bedroom.
FREE parking in the building.
The space
-1 large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, desk, and a spacious closet.
-2 beach chairs.
-Living room with a 1 sofa bed, 1 sofa and TV.
-Bathroom with a bathtub (towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and hair dryer is offered).
-Laundry room with a washer and dryer.
-Dining room.
-Equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, oven and air fryer.
-Balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the best view of Brickell.

- Steps away from some of the best restaurants in Miami or dine in and enjoy using our modern fully stocked kitchen to cook meals with family and friends.

For additional cars, the building has a Valet parking service with very reasonable rates.
***Please ensure that you send the ID no later than 12 PM on the day of your reservation. Failing to do so may result in delays, and it is highly likely that the keyfob will not be activated until the following day at 9:30 AM. If your reservation falls on a Friday or weekend, you may have to wait until the next business day at 9:30 AM for activation.
Please be advised that we provide 1 parking spot. The building's garage cannot accommodate big cars as large SUVs, pick up trucks or similar.
By not following the house rules we have the right to cancel the reservation without any refund; saying this we have the right to request all guests to leave the property.

A minor update regarding your upcoming stay at The Club: One of our two swimming pools will be temporarily out of service for maintenance starting July 12th. Our other equally spacious pool, however, will remain fully accessible for your enjoyment.
Our apartment has an ideal location! You can walk to many places such as Restaurants, Starbucks, Publix supermarket, "The City Center" Mall, Whole Foods, CVS Pharmacy, Wallgreens, 7-Eleven, Shake Shack, etc.
This is the approximate time you may take to arrive to these important places in Miami by car:
* Miami Beach 17 min.
* Miami International Airport 20 min. (You can arrive to the apt taking the metro)
* Fort Lauderdale Airport 35 min.
* Miami Cruise Port 13 min.
* Little Havana 13 min.
* Wynwood 17 min.
* The Everglades 1h.
If you want to ride Public transportation, the closest monorail station is "The Tenth St/ Promenade" just one block away. This service is FREE.
Uber and Lyft are easy to get in the area.
