Chic apartment in the seaside village of Woolacombe, the perfect getaway for those seeking a relaxing coastal break in North Devon. Famous for its miles of pristine sandy beaches, Woolacombe is the perfect place for paddle boarding, surfing or just relaxing in the sun. The village boasts all the amenities you might need for your stay, including pubs, restaurants, cafes, and plenty of shops to look around. The South West Coast Path passes the property and promises breathtaking views and an abundance of wildlife. A little further afield is Exmoor National Park (15 miles), with its spectacular landscapes and rugged moorland. There are plenty of options for family days out nearby, with Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Exmoor Zoo both within 15 miles.
After parking in your allocated parking space take the lift to your beautiful apartment. Walking through the hallway to the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen which has been styled to provide a home style feel with comfy sofas, chairs and a Smart TV where you can catch up on a favourite box set after a busy day at the beach. Enjoy whipping up a favourite recipe in the stylish modern kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need . There are 2 bedrooms one of which has a king-size bed a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with WC the second bedroom has twin zip-and-link beds which can be made into a king on request. The family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC completes this lovely apartment.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful outside space that offers an enclosed patio with 2 areas to dine alfresco and is perfect for your four-legged friends.
