This property is a duplex - in between the two units is the utility room that we call “the knuckle” with a full size washer and dryer, as well as a full bath with a bathtub/shower. Please respect the privacy of the other guests, and feel free to explore and enjoy both your own private outdoor space and also the shared outdoor space. The property is gated - we’ll send you the gate code the day before you arrive. Each unit has space for three cars, but there’s no room for parking an oversized vehicle and there’s no room to turn around with a trailer. When you pull into the driveway, you’ll need use the keypad on the left to open the gate. It will open slowly and you can pull in. After your vehicle is inside, the gate will close slowly. When it’s time to leave, approach the gate slowly and it will open as your approach and then close automagically behind you.
