About this space:
Centrally located, this home is an ideal spot to explore San Diego from. It is only 10 minutes from the Airport and an easy 8 minute Uber from Downtown. It also provides all the amenities to feel right at home. The outdoor kitchen and sitting area are perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring local attractions like the San Diego Zoo, Coronado and La Jolla beaches. Even out of the way attractions like Julian are a short one hour drive away.
The space:
Bring the whole FAMILY, furry friend (dog) included, and relax in the backyard, we love that area of the house, the outdoor kitchen is fantastic and nothing beats sitting around the fire pit making s'mores after a long evening spent gallivanting around San Diego.

This is not a party house. No events or gatherings allowed. Also, there are no day guests allowed, over the guest count you cite on your reservation. Please just be up front with us regarding the number of guests you plan on having.
*This home is not handicap accessible.
*Home has a tankless water heater so hot water will take longer to warm up than a traditional tank heater.
*There is road noise from the highway but not excessive.
*Neighbors are extremely friendly, please be courteous to them and respect quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am, especially when outside. If we receive a complaint you will be asked to leave with no refund.
*Please be aware of the presence of small burrs in southern California. Once they get on your clothes they will hitch a ride anywhere. While we do our best to eliminate them from around the house, we ask that you check yourselves before coming inside, and to be aware of their presence on your animals.
