Welcome to this beautiful new 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom modern mountain retreat located between Vail & Beaver Creek just steps to the Eagle River, Eco bus stop & Vail valley walk/bike path! Only .75 of a mile to Beaver Creek's east entrance and 8.5mi to Vail Village parking. Walking distance to downtown Avon's parks, restaurants, concerts & Westin Riverfront Gondola. Your family will be cozy & close to everything the Vail Valley has to offer when staying in this centrally-located sophisticated mountain home!
The space:
This 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom home was fully renovated in 2021- 2022 and is being offered on the short term rental market for the very 1st time! When entering through the front door guests will walk into a warm and inviting modern new construction home equipped with everything your family will need to host the perfect mountain getaway. Finishes include real hardwood white washed oak floors, open kitchen concept with counter seating, new wifi appliances, quartz dining table, plush high end leather living room furniture and a cozy gas fireplace to gather around after a day of skiing.
The main level features the open kitchen with seating for 10 adults, 3 refrigerators for cold storage and dining room that opens to the patio for outdoor dining, BBQ grill and gas fire pit. There is also half bath and laundry room with an extra full size refrigerator with a freezer plus a mini fridge for all your cold food and beverage storage needs. In the living room you will find cozy plush leather sofa to enjoy the gas fireplace and a 60" smart wifi TV.
Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms each furnished with comfortable queen beds and the option to bring in a pack & play cribs for the little ones (there are 2 pack & play cribs at the house plus one roll away co-sleeper if needed). One of the upstairs bedrooms has a walk-in closet that guests have set up the pack & play in for toddler sleeping. There is also a nice new Carrera marble full bath with tub in the upstairs bathroom.
Downstairs, the garden level offers a 3rd queen bedroom equipt with a sink and mirror for added space for guests to get ready plus a dedicated desk work space and a 4th refrigerator for children's bottle needs staying the bunk room. The 4th bedroom has been built out as a kids bunk room with 1 queen bottom bunk bed with a twin on top plus another twin bunk bed. There isn't a lock on the bunk room's door for safety of the kids (who sometimes think it's funny to lock the parents out). There is also a nice Carrera marble 3/4 bathroom with shower.
The home itself is a 5bd 4ba however we do not rent the primary bedroom and keep it locked off for owners personal storage since we live here for part of the year. Therefore the rental is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom property. The house is ideal for up to 6 adults and 2-6 children. Due to the size of the kitchen and dining area we do not allow more than 12 guests per reservation.
The home is best suited for 2 families. The owners also use the garage for storage and therefore it is not included in this rental since it is too shallow to accommodate most SUV's however we do provide access to it for egress and ski storage. This property comes with parking for up to 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage and just steps to the front door.
