This luxury apartment is located in the pretty seaside village of Woolacombe with an award-winning sandy surfing beach right on your doorstep. A traditional seaside town, Woolacombe boasts 3 miles of award-winning golden sands backed by magnificent dunes – the ocean here is just perfect for swimming and surfing. Enjoy a morning stroll around the local shops and a coffee in one of the many eateries or have a delicious Devon cream tea. Set in over 28 acres of spectacular gardens within a National Landscape, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (12 miles) is a great place to spot lions, wolves, penguins and impressive life-size animatronic dinosaurs. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coast Path on your doorstep with spectacular cliff views.
Park your car in the allocated parking space and head to your luxury apartment. The open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen is a lovely light and airy space to relax in after a day on the beach. You can enjoy a family movie on the Smart TV after preparing your favourite meal in the fully equipped modern kitchen, or gaze at the views through the patio doors. Walking through the apartment, you’ll find three bedrooms: a super-king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with a WC, a king-size room and a twin room with zip-and-link beds also with an en-suite shower room. Completing this luxury apartment is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.
