Розташування на першій лінії над дорогою з дуже насиченим трафіком і постійними заторами. Вдень і вночі ви матимете підвищений рівень шуму і просинатиметеся від різких звуків. Про каву на балконі і свіже повітря також забудьте. В червні 2024 при 37 градусів на вулиці в квартирі не працювали обидва кондиціонери. Завдяки втручанню Букінгу власник/представник власника погодився з претензією і у якості компенсації погодився повернути 10% від ціни, сплаченої при бронюванні. Ви знімаєте житло фактично в компанії, не у власника. Чоловік, який зустрів нас в аеропорту і вів подальшу комунікацію, керує (з його слів) десятками квартир в нових домах у Будві, Барі і Рафаіловичах. Це поток клієнтів. В результаті з вами не зацікавлені будувати довготривалих стосунків, або йти на зустріч у разі виникнення проблем. В нашому випадку, коли я помітила що обидва кондиціонери не працюють і у приміщенні нестерпно жарко, замість переселити нас в іншу квартиру з кондиціонерами, нам запропонували потерпіти "бо у вас залишилося кілька днів".

The apartment was good overall, all the conveniences were there; the location is great. There was an electricity cut and there were some issues with the window shutter and the socket. The owner fixed this within a couple of hours.

The smell in the bathroom was pretty stinky; really bothered. Plus would be great to change/wash the garbage bin and the shower rack (photos are provided).

Host was responsive and easy to contact. Apartments are located in good proximity to the city market, shopping center and not that far from the beach. Good quality and stability of wireless internet connection.

Apartments are definitely a choice for the short time stay. If you plan a longer stay, be aware that the bed is good but maybe uncomfortable for someone, matress is quite sturdy. If you're traveling by car, there's no free parking nearside, so plan it ahead and look for the garage/parking lot somewhere close.

The location and accommodation are GREAT. Nearby there is a Mega Market, Green market, TQ PLAZA, beach is located 3-5 minuts. But with the big minus for not having a secure luggage storage facility, so if you have a car in the evening and check out in the morning, you have to pull the suitcases on the beach and the city with you all day. The owner and his hospitality below every expectation. Each of your accommodation issues will be ignored, and in the end you will be charged a spare key at a price of 25 € although it is said at the entrance to the apartment € 20. All in all the apartment in BOKELJSKIH BRIGADA 6 is ok, only the staff has to repair the service.
