We welcome you to the Portarlington Coastal Home. With both an attractive central location and remarkable home amenities, this modern & spacious family home is sure to provide an outstanding experience for your upcoming stay in Portarlington.
This luxurious holiday home is just a short walk to all of your holiday needs. The beach is just 200m away and central Portarlington just 500m away - with restaurants, pubs, parks, a supermarket and more all close-by.
The property is also a short drive to popular wineries such as Jack Rabbit, Terrindah Estate, Scotchman’s Hill and Bellarine Estate among others.
This newly built home can accommodate a large group and boasts all the modern amenities for you & your fellow travellers. The property includes 3 lounge areas with a smart TV, a well equipped kitchen with new appliances, large outdoor and indoor dining areas, 3.5 bathrooms, laundry with washer/dryer and a spacious backyard with basketball hoop & other recreational equipment.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen & towels provided):
Bedroom 1 - Master suite with king size bed, private ensuite, private salon with TV, walk-in wardrobe and private balcony
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed with private ensuite & built in wardrobe
Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed & built in wardrobe
Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed & built in wardrobe
Bedroom 5 - Queen size bed & built in wardrobe
(On request) A lounge room can be converted into a 6th sleeping area with a pull out sofa bed.
Strict house rules apply and are enforced when reserving this property including no parties, excessive noise or outside guests. By reserving this home all guests agree to adhere to the full guest house rules. Failure to do so may result in penalties such as fines or untimely ejection from the home.
