Welcome to Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Famed for its sandy beaches and an uncanny knack for having more hours of sunshine than many other places in the UK, this 4-bed house is located within easy reach of the award-winning family-friendly beaches including:

✔ East Beach

East Beach is closest to Bognor Regis town centre where you’ll find a rich variety of shops and coffee ships, bars and restaurants. Here are some other places you might want visit during your stay:

Hotham Park - venue for plenty of seasonal events, plus it’s home to a miniature railway, crazy golf, a putting green, boating lake and a children’s play area. There’s also a restaurant and cafe to keep everyone refreshed.

South Downs National Park - take in the breathtaking views, slip on your hiking boots for a walk through miles of unspoilt countryside.

Butlins - you don’t have to be staying at Butlins to enjoy most of their amazing facilities. Day Passes will grant you access to all kinds of things to do including an arcade, family entertainment on stage throughout the day and a huge, brand new swimming pool area with slides aplenty providing fun for all ages.

Aldwick High Street contains a handful of restaurants including "Mama Mia" (Italian) and Chez Moi (English/French). The seafront has "The Waverley Pub" (Pub on Seafront) and Aldwick Beach Cafe (perfect for a coffee or pastry after a morning beach stroll).

Further afield is Bognor Regis with a host of restaurants and bars. Our personal favourite is "Mustards Restaurant" or "The Mezze" does brilliant simple Turkish food.

Take a walk along the promenade to Felpham and "The Lobster Pot" which is a lovely boutique seafront restaurant.

Further afield, Chichester is a 10-15 minute drive away with its historic cathedral, parks and a great variety of shops/services, and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants.

The World-renowned Goodwood Estate is only 15-20 mins drive away - offering top quality horse racing throughout the season, the highlight being glorious Goodwood. Also the Festival of Speed in June/July and the Revival meeting in September.

West Wittering is around 15 mins away, which is popular for its beach & water sports.

Portsmouth is approx 30 mins drive - with the popular Gunwharf Quays - outlet shops, restaurants & harbour, and the Historic Dockyard. Well worth a visit!

Getting Around:
With parking available, driving to the house is a good option. Bognor Regis is easily reached from the UK motorway network.

If you don't come by car, it's only a short walk to the town of Bognor Regis, which offers train and bus services to Chichester, Portsmouth and Brighton.

Please note that it is stair access to the property, with the front steps rather step. Not suitable for those with mobility issues.
