the location was fantastic and the ability to get in without having to meet someone, made things so easy. there was very safe parking (paid parking) on the premises.

Nit picky, but.... the place did not have a wine bottle opener or a spatula. i'm not sure if they have air conditioning in there, because we were there in September and did not need it. we were on the 3rd floor. we left the windows open and they provided a fan. we needed the fan, or else it would have been a bit warm. it was very comfortable for us. If you are visiting during a hot summer, maybe find out if there is air con.

Very noisy outside, the bedrooms a squash . The kitchen not very well equipped.

Perfect central location, easy and quick communications even with a language barrier. Apparently very clean with everything we needed.

The location was great. The host was great and he texted all the information we needed to collect the keys, and everything was so easy. The internet worked perfectly.

When we arrived the apartment was clean but we stayed for 8 nights and to clean the apartment during those days it was extra fee. We did not have any cleaning supplies to clean by ourselves, because staying that long you need to clean. We also had to buy garbage bags and toilet papers because we had only 2 of them. For my opinion if you stay that long in one apartment at least one cleaning should be included in the price. Also it would be good to have oven.

Location felt unsafe. One way system to get to car park not explained so spent an hour looking for apartment and parking. Sofa was unclean.

A perfect location, very close to the centre. Very secure. Good communication. Excellent value for money.

I explicitly booked an apartment for 2 adults + 3 kids, but there were insufficient beds in the apartment for the whole family. They send you the note that "if they see you used more beds than you reserved they will charge you extra" - how on earth are they determining that? if I put mu luggage on the bed and make it a mess will they assume I had an extra person sleeping there? The apartment is relatively small and it an air conditioning, or at least a decent fan would be really useful. It was hot July outside, but the heat inside was unbearable.

The customer care was always excellent. The rest of the apartment was really clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet, to be in such a good location.

The bed linen in the apartment we'd booked did not look spotless, so we were relocated twice in a bigger apartment.

The flat was central and close to all the tourist attractions. The location was perfect. The flat was clean, and the beds were perfect for the five of us. The flat had the necessities for a family, so all in all a perfect stay.

The parking arrangement was unusual and there were a lot of codes to remember, as there was a code for the foyer safety box, then the entrance and more and more. The information box protective glass on the door is broken and there are decorative panels near the kitchen table is missing. Still, a great place to stay.
