Nestled on the outskirts of the peaceful and quaint village of Ludchurch, situated just 2.5 miles from Amroth and Saundersfoot. The popular town of Narberth, known for its independent boutique shops, restaurants, art galleries and museums is a short 3-mile drive away. If you’ve got youngsters with you, plan a day out to Folly Farm (4.5 miles), Heatherton (9 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (5.5 miles), all wonderful attractions nearby. There are several walking and hiking trails which allow visitors to explore the natural beauty and take in the serene ambiance, including the stunning coastal path that winds past the beaches and coves of the area. These trails often offer opportunities for birdwatching and wildlife spotting.
This charming, bright, and airy, detached house offers a high standard of accommodation throughout. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a Smart TV and DVD for your entertainment, along with a cosy wood burner for those cooler evenings. Open up the patio doors leading to a private patio and lawn area with seating to bring the outside in. Adjacent to the lounge, is an open-plan kitchen/diner with a kitchen island that is ideal for keeping the chef of the party company whilst they are cooking the family meal. The dining area is the perfect place for all to gather around the table and enjoy meals or board games together. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a convenient separate shower room. Head upstairs onto the first floor which leads you to four additional bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, there are two double-size rooms, and the fifth bedroom is a twin room accessed through a loft area that can also be used for a playroom – please be mindful that the ceiling height is reduced in places in this room. The charming family bathroom completes the first floor.
Outside is a large, enclosed garden with a large lawn, patio areas, seating, a wonderful hot tub, and a summer house. There's a gas BBQ that is perfect for dining alfresco on those warm summer evenings. Take advantage of the wood-fired hot tub and relax after fun days out exploring.
