Location 10 points, staff 10 points, breakfast 10 points! we really enjoyed our stay!

you can easily find the place by using booking address, there is a brown gate what you need to open and you can park in the garden. first it was not easy to find due to no signs on the fence or gate

The location is great. The view is gorgeous, it’s very close and conveniently located to everything. The property has a convenient driveway and a sizable parking. The grounds are very nice and cozy and provide a great opportunity to sit inside or outside and enjoy the view. Breakfast is out of this world! It’s all home-made based on your preferences, delicious and plenty! The hosts try to provide you with a wide range of local dishes to introduce you to the local cuisine. We also loved dogs and cats here. They are super nice and friendly and well contained.

The view from the garden was amazing. The breakfast was very rich and it contained multiple courses, which changes everyday. It was a little bit strange that we had to have it at 9 or 9,30, and it lasted at least an hour, so if you have things planned in the morning, you should take that into consideration. The host was very nice and helpful with everything we needed. She showed us the places we should visit around and the restaurants she recommends, which was very helpful. If you are looking for the hotel experience, this place is not for you. The room was clean, and even though the host let us choose the room and we chose the bigger one, we felt it was a little bit cluttered by many things. We had an issue with the heating 2 nights, but fortunately the host took care of it. We were not provided toileteries, but that was not an issue as we brought ours. The hosts puts a big accent on privacy and we did not get our room cleaned, towels changed, trash took out, but she told us that if we need it, we should not hesitate to ask it.

This is strictly a personal thing, but the animals. There were two dogs and at least 4 cats and as a person who is very scared of dogs, it was challenging. Fortunately, they were closed separetely during the breakfast. I do not necessarly like the cats wondering around and jumping onto the tables during the breakfast.

Nothing! We had such a terrible experience with this host and cannot believe the unprofessional manner in which she is handling our situation.

We arrived at 4PM (check in time according to the property page on Booking.com). We could not get in touch with the host over the Booking.com app, Whatsapp or Phone call and she was not on the property to welcome us or let us into our room. There was a construction worker on the site who contacted the host and she told him to let us into a room (he did not speak English and we do not speak French). It was the middle of winter and freezing and we could not get the heat to work in the room. We waited and waited for the host to contact us and eventually decided to go find another place to stay as it had been 1hr30 minutes, we were uncomfortable and we had not heard from the host, even though she knew we were there!! After 2 and a half hours, she finally contacts us - when we are already at another location and have paid for another place to stay. She told us the heat was supposed to come on at 6PM and didn't even apologize for the terrible experience we had. We asked her for a refund and she stopped responding to us. She won't answer our Whatsapp messages or phone calls and has refused with Booking.com to give us our refund. Such a terrible experience and I have been using Booking.com for years!

We loved it all. Russian/Kazakh below: все было просто шикарно. владелица Турия очень приятная, общительная, сама готовила потрясающий вкусный завтрак (еще с собой в дорогу дала пару вкусных кексов и киш), сами комнаты чистые уютные и очень теплые ( были зимой). если будут вопросы, не стесняйтесь ей задавать, она также говорит на английском и очень отзывчивая. на утро рассказала куда можно сходить и что поделать. мы были два дня, нам не хватило, обязательно вернемся еще! ——— Бәрі жай ғана тамаша болды. Иесі Турия өте жағымды, көпшіл, ол керемет дәмді таңғы асты өзі дайындады (ол жолда онымен бірге бірнеше дәмді кекстер мен киштер берді), бөлмелердің өзі таза, жайлы және өте жылы (бiз қыста болдық) Егер сiзде қандай да бір сұрақтар туындаса, оған сұраңыз, ол ағылшын тілінде сөйлейді және өте жауапты. таңертең қайда бару керектігін және не істеу керектігін айтты.
