The man working the front desk was very polite and friendly. However my room was not made up and there were no clean towels. Never had that happen before. I called the front desk and the man was so nice I just dealt with it. But yeah you gotta make sure the rooms are made up before a guest arrives.

The place was well kept quiet never really heard neighbors. The staff was excellent treated me and my dogs very well.

They only had a smoking room available, and we were happy to just get a room after hurricane Helene. However, it was so stinky I that room! The hotel needs a major rehab! Very old and in bad shape.

I really enjoyed my stay the appearance on the outside had me skeptical but once I got to my room it was very clean I have no complaints, I felt safe and comfortable

I loved that place great room clean a nice a breakfast!!! Love it

Had roaches and the room were old and dirty. Breakfast was terrible.

The non smoking room still had the scent of smoking. Toilet was barely attached to the floor. Placed me in a room that had someone elses things in it first.

Front desk staff were amazing. I was a bit underwhelmed by the “Breakfast” options. Only waffles, toast and cereal. And the waffle machine was out of batter (at 7am) Also, the pool was gross and closed. Lastly, my room door was slightly warped required a bit of force to close.
All that said, the room itself was awesome and the a/c was a dream.
