Welcome to our fully detached, spacious home located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a 10-minute drive to the Derby city centre. This home is perfect for families, groups, or business travellers seeking a comfort and convenience home away from home.
Bedrooms and Workspace:
Our home features 3 very spacious double bedrooms, each furnished w th a luxurious king-sized bed, and a single bed room with hotel-quality linens and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom is also equipped with a work table/chair, ideal for those who need to catch up on work or study during their stay.
Living and Dining:
Relax in the cozy lounge, which includes a TV and free superfast Virgin Wi-Fi, making it perfect for entertainment and staying connected. The dining area is adjacent, providing a welcoming space for meals and gatherings.
Kitchen and Amenities:
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring essentials you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're cooking a family meal or preparing a quick snack, you'll find all the necessary utensils and appliances at your disposal.
We also provide tea bags, and a selection of Costa coffee pods with a Tassimo pod machine for your comfort.
