Seychelles Condominiums is located in sunny Daytona Beach Shores just North of Ponce Inlet. Seychelles boasts an oceanfront pool deck, private beach access, indoor hot tub, fitness center, and shaded BBQ area which includes two gas grills. Being located between many private homes and no public beach access points allows this area of the beach to remain a peaceful part of the beach. The condominium is also located on one of the very few no-drive sections of the beach. Within a quick, 5 minute drive of the home are the very popular Boondocks grill which features casual, riverfront dining.
Please note that through all of 2025 there will be concrete restoration at this complex. This unit's "stack" isn't being worked on until June 2025 so the noise impact is not directly effecting this unit until then. Some noise will still be heard during from January-May 2025, especially on the balcony but only during workdays and work hours.
Each room in this beautiful, oceanfront unit is tastefully adorned with furniture, televisions, linens and décor. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom has his/hers vanities and a unique shower,tub combo. This is an over-sized garden tubs so guests can both shower or enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub.
The first guest bedroom boasts ocean views and contains a king bed, TV, and ensuite full bathroom.
This bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom holds two full beds with an adjacent full bathroom. This guest bathroom contains a walk-in shower with a very low ledge as well as a hand-held shower head making this is a very accessible bathroom.
Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable furnishings while soaking in the ocean views. There are two dining areas here that can seat all 8 guests for one meal together. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen with an eat-in bar. After dinner, indulge in a cocktail or glass of wine along with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Decompress on your sprawling, oceanfront balcony while listening to seagulls flying by, waves crashing into the shore, and feeling the soft ocean breeze. On the 15th floor, there's nothing to be heard but the sound of Seagulls flying by and waves crashing into the shore.
There's a convenient, private laundry room just off the kitchen.
To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company on the mainland upon request after the booking is confirmed.
