Kotch can be lived in as an entire house or by suite. We say “lived in” because that’s just what it is – a place to live in – even if just for a little while. Each floor has its own kitchen, bedroom space and outdoor terrace. It’s easy to feel free and at ease when you have super comfy and convenient amenities at your fingertips, not to mention attentive staff there to show you the ropes and introduce you to the community.
