Note: Winter Advisory (Nov 1 - March 31): For winter bookings, please ensure your vehicle is equipped with All-Wheel Drive (AWD) and winter tires. While the private road is plowed and sanded, I cannot be responsible for vehicles that are not suited for winter conditions.

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay. Guests are responsible for additional supplies during extended stays.
➤ Note: The storage room in the basement is off-limits to guests as it is designated for the cleaners. However, guests will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.
➤ Availability of free driveway parking (5 spaces). You are also permitted to park on the side of the road (Please ensure that parked vehicles do not block access to traffic on the road).

Boat: With lake access right at your doorstep, boating is an ideal way to explore the water and enjoy recreational activities. You can use the provided kayaks, paddle boards, or bring your own boat.
Public Transport: Public transportation options are limited, so having a car is recommended for the most flexibility. However, check local schedules for any available bus or shuttle services.
Walking: For those who enjoy a stroll, the nearby areas offer picturesque walking paths and trails. It's a great way to take in the natural beauty and get some fresh air.

1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
9. Guests are required to follow the garbage disposal instructions provided in the check-in guide. Failure to comply will result in a $50 fine per bag for improper disposal.
