Situated only three min walk from train station, and 20 min to Liverpool by train or car.
Perfect location a stone's throw to New Brighton promenade, with it's many eateries and everything Marine Point Development has to offer only a short stroll. Excellent transport links via bus and rail are on your doorstep and the M53 and tunnel approach road to Liverpool is a short drive away.
In order to avoid disappointment please note that the house is located in a residential area and is not suitable for noisy or party groups.
The property consist of two entertaining areas dining room, large open plan kitchen with island, bedroom one has king size bed, bedroom two has small double, bedroom three has small double,bedroom four has small double bed, bedroom five is a loft room with single bed, bedroom six is loft with single bed room with en-suite shower, both loft bedrooms have sloping ceiling and are more suited to smaller individuals but can still accommodate adults, main bathroom has free standing bath with heated floor.
