We didnt stay at the hotel! The main roads were closed and we drove around for 2 hours but couldnt find a way to Quedgeley. We ended up sleeping on a friend's sofa. I think a refund is due...not our fault that we couldn't get there

Fantastic hotel, arrived late 2300 and shower had warm water. Room warmed up to the temperature I wanted quickly. Room was clean, the person at the front desk was friendly.

Cheap and cheerful.

As to be expected

I was please with my stay there, although certain things were in the room eg remote control and a few other things, the staff was very helpful and brought them to us.

Room was ok, smelt a bit damp. Definetly seems aged and in need of a tart up. Had everything you needed though and in a good location for commuting.

Good location. Unfortunately the rooms smelt of smoke. Unwanted wake up call at 4am due to doors slamming

Stayed here a few years ago which was lovely we had a lovely continental breakfast brought to our room so we thought we would go back again well what a disappointment think it had new owners as no breakfast which wasn’t a problem on arrival lady on reception couldn’t find our booking then she said it had been given to another guest she was very friendly went up to our room had clean towels on bed the bed was broken at one end the room was very dark only one light but very dull shelf’s in bathroom were not level if you put items on they slid off toilet basin moved when sat on shower was very powerful could have done with being bit more clean but was ok rail for clothes was over the side which was in the room but that was very old and dated had kettle & tea bags coffee milk sugar 2 mugs & 2very small glasses were supplied had bed side light but only 1 decor was very shabby needed decorating & lighting up very old fashioned went to shut the curtains & they fell down & the side of the pole ended up outside down in the grass & I had to go out in the pouring rain to get it the lady at reception said we could change rooms but I decided to stay where we was as had already settled in managed to put pole back in wall but had to be careful with curtains as it would come off again door of room kept banging in night even though it was sit & locked it obviously needed fitting probably Walls very thin could hear man coughing in another room traffic outside very noisy we won’t be going back

the mattress is worn out there is no wi fi signal in the room shower doors are falling from the runners

First 2 nights lovely issues on the 3rd which I showed gentleman at reception who didn't seem to care one jot and just said contact Expedia very poor customer service

Very tired Hotel, bathroom not the best, wouldn't use the shower. Chip shop 1 minute walk, but like the hotel, not the best!

Clean and tidy with helpful staff, for the price it is well worth the money 👍

Bathroom looked clean but had a musty smell. Track of snail on carpet beside the bed didn't help overall impression. On the plus side bed was comfortable and linen clean. No sign of staff except at ckeck in

Overall disappointed with this stay. Had stayed there previously aand been entirely satisfied. This time there were so many niggly problems, ie no plug in wash hand basin and when I requested one was told that many of the rooms were also without these plugs. I was given one but this was too big and we had to manage with laying it on top of the drain hole to restrict the flow out from the sink. Shower cubicle was in need of some tlc, ie shower doors did not fit properly, mould around the bottom of tiling, broken shower tap. Overall room was fairly clean, beds were comfy and room was quiet despite hotel being full on the Sat night. Staff were very helpful.

Perfect for a work stay. Enough places to eat and drink around you, staff are wonderful and friendly.

The mattress needs replacing but over all pleasant stay

Small room basic but served a purpose. Several small issues that meant quite a few trips to reception. No towels in room on arrival. No wardrobe space. Hooks situated above bed to hang clothes!! Bin hadn’t been emptied, lamp needed a bulb. Light over bathroom mirror broken. Springs protruding through mattress. On a plus side the staff were very friendly and helpful

Bathroom was not so clean. There was a mold in shower corner.
