Welcome to “Headquarters by the Sea” - our 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home in Seacrest Beach.
LOCATION:
Bordered by Deer Lake State Park, our home is nestled amongst the pines in the heart of Seacrest Beach within the highly sought-after neighborhood of Magnolia by the Sea. The resort-style pool is located just steps from the home and is mere minutes from the restaurants, shops, and boutiques of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The home's community has a private, deeded beach access directly across from the community. The two closest public beach access points - Seacrest Beach Drive and Gulf Lakes - are both less than a mile from the home and within easy walking and biking distance.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Stepping through the covered entryway, you'll pass an alcove with space to sit, hang coats, and store shoes on your way to the generously sized open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Tastefully designed and impeccably well stocked, the home's gourmet kitchen has all you'll need to prepare and serve your culinary creations - a fridge/freezer, an under-counter ice maker, a microwave, a dual coffee maker, an oven with electric range, a dishwasher, and an oversized sink to accompany the large wrap-around countertops. Seating for four at the breakfast bar accompanies room for eight around the banquet table to ensure ample seating for all.
The bright living room offers a spacious sectional couch and a large smart TV. Should you prefer to spend your time outside, the fully enclosed front porch just off the living room is shaded in the privacy of the home's pines and offers a quiet spot to sit during the day and a magical place to unwind at night with fairy lights overhead.
Coming down the hall from the living room you'll pass the powder room and laundry room on the way to the first-floor owner's suite, complete with a king bed, closet space, and a private en suite with dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second floor is comprised of three bedrooms; Two king bedrooms each with private bathrooms and walk-in showers, and a custom-built bunk room with two twin beds atop two queen beds. The bunk room also offers a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom comes with ceiling fans and smart TVs.
AMENITIES:
The home provides access to a six-seater electric golf cart, four bikes, plenty of beach gear in the home's outdoor storage shed (beach chairs, beach toys, body boards, a beach wagon, etc.), a gas grill, an outdoor shower, towels (excluding beach towels), hair dryers, fresh linens, a baby gate, a pack-n-play, cutlery, an iron and ironing board, and cooking utensils.
The home can comfortably accommodate two cars on the driveway, with roadside parking pads also available at the front of the property.

The House was nice but came with a few issues.
First the dishwashers did not work properly - we ended up washing dishes by hand.
Second, the golf cart could not be used for most of the trip because of a bad tire. The repair company that eventually came and replaced the tire said that it should have been replace prior to renting the property (it was dangerous). I brought this to the management company attention, and I was told that the property did not guarantee the use of the golf cart. One of the reasons we booked the house was because it had a golf cart. We were only able to use the cart on the last day of our trip which made it more difficult getting items to the beach and back.
Another small issue was one of the drawers under the bunk bed was broken and could not be used
Lastly, the house had limited cooking utensils (Pots) and silverware.
It's a great house but not managed well.

Great home located between Rosemary and Seaside! The home was very spacious and had enough beds to fit my entire extended family and was very clean. It was in a great location since we were going to both Rosemary and Seaside and wanted a rental in the middle of both. We had the pool all to ourselves each time we went so that was cool, loved it was just across from the house. The only downfall of the house was that the port had pollen ovary day on it! 30a beach girls did come clean it twice but it was a battle each day, guess its just that time of year. The bonfire evening was enjoyed by all of us, we were sad it was only 3 hours. Overall, the house was great and service was wonderful. We would stay here again pollen and all!

The property was exactly as advertised. The place was very clean, well stocked with amenities, and felt at home during our stay. It was very central to all that we needed to get to. We highly recommend this place for both adults and children. It was a very open plan and conducive for entertaining. The pool across the street was never over crowded and enjoyed by all. Beach is just down the road and simple to take the cart too. 30a beach girls was so easy to work with and responded right away to all messages. Would definatley rent again.

Spring Holiday Vacation Home! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was absolutely gorgeous and everything was exactly as advertised! House was very clean and fresh, beds all comfortable. Loved all of the amenities, inside and outside! The golf cart was so easy with getting to seaside and back, we only used the bikes once. The home provided the perfect environment for our spring holiday vacation. The bonfire evening was perfect and so happy that even though we had rain the bonfire still worked out. 30a beach girls was so easy to work with!! Looking forward to re-booking this property in the future!

Had a great stay at 30a Beach Girls house. Their place is spacious, comfortable, and has a lovely resort pool just across from the house, very convenient with kiddos. 30a beach girls provided a warm welcoming and a free bonfire. They were consistently available for all our needs and questions. Highly recommend this property.

Bigger than we thought, very clean and well supplied! This property was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space. We had all ages from toddlers, kids and teens. I'll give you the good first, there was definitely enough space the bedrooms were roomy and we loved the screened in porch for added entertaining space. The location was in the center of all we planned to do Rosemary, Red Bar, Seaside site seeing, Everyone at 30a beach girls was quick to respond with any questions. Now for the "bad" because I know those are the reviews I look for, You can't swim after 10pm which was a bummer when we wanted to swim without kids, and although the property is centrally located 30a has traffic due to some construction though its only for a few more weeks I guess, so it did take a bit longer to get places then we anticipated. Overall it was a wonderful stay, I would most definitely stay again.

Home Away From Home! This is such a cozy and charming property, beautifully decorated. Our only regret was that we had to leave and couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back next summer. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, prompt in responding, the property was spotless, beds very comfortable, and we loved the neighborhood, the bonfire included was my families favorite night. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Daisy and Hollie were great hosts, they made the whole stay welcoming and explained everything for checking in and out easily. The place was very clean and well stocked. The balcony off the front was our hang out spot! The pool was never over crowded and the beach was easy to get to. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Annual Family 30a Trip. Home was just as advertised: beautiful home, fantastic pool and close to beach, bikes and a golf cart. Also, best equipped and cleanest home we have stayed in. The caretakers at 30a beach girls are awesome. They include a bonfire as their guest. It was a wonderful experience. We have never stayed at the same house twice but we plan on returning to this one. We would absolutely stay here again.

No negatives about the condo nor the communication with the owners. It was as it was described. Condo was super spacious and plenty of room. Golf cart was a huge plus with the commute to the beach.
