This area of Monte Nai is a favorite with our guests, as evidenced by the reviews. On the ground floor of the house, equipped with air conditioning, there is the well-equipped kitchenette, complete with coffee maker, electric oven, microwave oven and toaster. The floor is completed by a large living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a bathroom with bidet and shower and a small balcony with laundry and washing machine. On the lower floor, a basement but very bright because every room has windows, there are 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The house offers a small garden with an outdoor shower and is characterized by two splendid verandas: one located at the entrance of the house and the other with access from the living room. Both well equipped (table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue..) to enjoy outdoor meals and aperitifs with an incredible view of the sea, including the Scoglio di Peppino and Serpentara. The house can be accessed directly from the property's parking space or from the street via a staircase with steps. A parking space is available on the property and private parking on the street. No pets allowed
