Welcome to our 3 bedroom modern home tucked away at the end of a quiet, private road with allocated parking and located within walking distance of Cheltenham Town Centre. This self catering home benefits from an open plan fully equipped kitchen/diner, separate lounge, three double bedrooms with en suite shower and balcony to the master suite and a family bathroom.
A spacious 3 bedroom home in Cheltenham close to Cheltenham town centre.
On the ground floor a hallway leads and to an open plan fully equipped kitchen / diner with a dining table for up to 6 guests. The kitchen has patio doors leading to a private courtyard garden. There is also a downstairs WC.
On the first floor is the lounge with Smart TV and sitting for up to 4 guests, 1 double bedroom and the family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Heading up again the second floor has bedroom 2 and the Master Suite which has a private balcony and en suite shower.
All the bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe to hang clothes, and storage.
There is an allocated parking space directly outside the front of the house.
Wi-Fi is complimentary and available to use throughout your stay.
The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.
Station Street is a private road which is a short walk to Cheltenham Town Centre.
The nearest Super market is Waitrose on Honeybourne Way which is a 4 minute walk away.
The Brewery Quarter , a one-stop shop where you can shop, dine and play is a 9 minute walk away. As well as multiple bars and restaurants The Brewery has indoor bowling, mini golf and a large multiplex cinema.
Cheltenham's iconic Promenade is a 10 minute walk which leads to the heart of Regency Cheltenham - the Montpellier District, full of vibrant independent bars, shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
Cheltenham Ladies College is a 10 minute walk away, Cheltenham college a 20 min walk and the Famous Cheltenham Racecourse is 1.5 miles away or a 30 minute walk.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other kitchen cooking oils, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you. There will be some basic cleaning supplies under the sink along with dishwasher tablets.
We also supply all linen for all beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with a selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathrooms. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.
We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available.
