Ideally located on Park Avenue in Park City Utah, and a very short walk to Park City Mountain Resort and within walking distance to historic Main Street, this three bedroom condo has a private patio, a common area courtyard, a large hot tub just steps away, and available common laundry area for your use.
Unwind in the comfortable living room, complete with a wood-burning fireplace that's perfect for cozy evenings. Relax on the private patio, where you can take in the crisp mountain air and beautiful surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a standard drip coffee maker, a toaster, an electric tea kettle, and cookware for preparing your favorite meals.
The Queen master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The Queen second bedroom shares a common bathroom. The bunk room has a Twin over Twin bunk bed and a single Twin trundle bed. There is a Queen sleep sofa in the living as well.
The condo is centrally located for skiing, hiking, biking, and on the free bus route. No car needed! Catch the free city bus (stop is right in front of the building) and go anywhere in the Park City area. This property is within walking distance of Park City Main Street (Old Town), Park City Mountain Resort ski base and lifts, Starbucks, grocery, liquor store and Cole Sports for ski rental and gear. A fantastic free bus app gives you to the second arrival and departure from the bus stop right in front of the building on Park Avenue.
