Come see this spectacular oceanfront home with views south to Pedro Point, west to the Farallon Islands, and beyond to north to the Marin Headlands. We all have gone to the coast to watch the sunsets, now you can sit with your favorite beverage and watch the sunsets from your rear deck/patio. Renovated open living space with wood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Bright gourmet kitchen with large island/breakfast bar. Master bedroom with on-suite bathroom featuring a jet tub overlooking the ocean. Expansive rear yard, perfect for whale watching or gathering around the around the fire pit. Ideally located minutes from beach, hiking and biking trails, Pacifica fishing pier, shops, restaurants, SFO. Easy access to Hwy 1. and Hwy 280.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.
Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.
Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checking out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night.
To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!
